Abstract:
Nowadays, we can all agree that all the major companies around the world collect data and use it in their decision making. Given this success several other companies decided to follow suite and incorporate data in their own respectable strategies, however they didn’t achieve the same level of success and that’s for different reasons. Usually organizations typically employ either a grassroots or big-bang data strategy—neither of which enables them to make the most of their data investments.
The question now is how companies can unleash the full potential of the data they have, this article attempts to give an answer to this question.
