Abstract:
In this information era, data is king. A significant volume of data is produced every minute from various sources. This large amount of data is an important source of information that allows companies to better predict behaviors as well as to have a general overview of the habits of their customers.
The emergence of big data brings a new wave of Customer Relationship Management strategies in supporting personalization and customization of sales, services and customer services. CRM needs big data for better customers experiences especially personalization and customization of services and products.
The aim of this article is to examine how can big data improves CRM strategies.
